Precision surgery
I perform surgical procedures in theDepartment of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Specialist Holy Family Hospital in Rudna Mała.
What kind of treatments do I perform:
- arthroscopic treatment of diseases of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee and ankle joint
- treatment of sports injuries using minimally invasive and classic techniques supported by autogenous growth factors or regenerative cells (so-called stem cells)
- arthroplasty of the shoulder, hip and knee
Szczególne obszary działalności:
Shoulder
Treatment of instability of the shoulder joint (fixing of the labrum, Hill- Sachs remplissage) and the clavicular-acromial joint, tenodesis/tenotomy of the biceps tendon(LHBT), reconstruction of the rotator cuff tendons (RC), mini-open technique of bone reconstruction of the defect of the scapular glenoid (LATARJET or bone-block)
Knee
Reconstruction of the cruciate and collateral ligaments of the knee (MCL LCL), reconstruction of the MPFL in case patellar instability, reconstruction of articular cartilage defects using collagen membranes and growth factors
Ankle
Treatment of anterior impingement, acute ATFL, CFL injuries, cartilage damage
Hip
Hip arthroplasty using classic approaches, and from 2021 I have introduced one of the most modern, minimally invasive techniques, such as: intermuscular direct anterior approach DAA (developed in his own modification by Artur Łazorko, MD- my co-workmate)
